GENERAL
I have the right to refuse or cancel a commission and will do an adequate refund to the work doneYou cannot claim my work as your ownRemember to send me reference pictures of your character, or very detailed description with moodboard picturesMy waitlist is always open and you can see on my trello
If you commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms written below.REVISIONS
Client can ask for several revisions during the sketch process, please to avoid many changes to be realized, reminder to send a very detailed description of what you want (pose, expressions, accessories,...)After the sketch is confirmed, only a few revisions (2-3) will be allowed, so please make sure that everything is fine for you during the sketch, no backtrackingDEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Each commission will take approximately 1 month, 2 months for VTuber model, to finish from when the client pay the invoice. This can shorten or extend, in case of schedule conflicts or breaks, I will be informing each client should the case be. If the client requests for a rush deadline, there will be an additional fee (20% of total commission)USE
Commissions are for personal use only by default unless a commercial fee has already been includedIf you intend to use or repost this commission, please credit meDo not edit my worksINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use part of their commissioned artwork for blockchain-related technology, cryptocurrency, NFTs (non-fungible tokens), and future inventions in the space. Use of artwork for any advertising or profits associated with blockchain-related technology, cryptocurrency, and NFTs are strictly prohibited.Please DO NOT re-sell the commission Please DO NOT edit my works Customer CAN'T use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc.I have the right to use artworks for promotion purposes (commission samples, speedpaints). If you wouldn't like your commission to be posted, let me know in the ORDER FORM.MERCHANDISHING is PROHIBITED. ( The use of this artwork for merchandising is prohibited unless the usage rights fee is paid.)Give me credits if you can.REFUNDS
